Great Looking Legs with Sclerotherapy

Spider veins are small blue to reddish colored veins that can appear anywhere on the body, but are most common on the legs. Women are more likely to experience spider veins due to pregnancy. They are usually harmless, but in some cases can cause burning, stinging, or heaviness after long periods of standing. If these veins are mostly of cosmetic concern, they can likely be treated by sclerotherapy.
Sclerotherapy is the injection of a solution into these superficial veins to cause a controlled irritation, leading to collapse and closure of the targeted veins. Everyone is different and depending on the severity of the veins being treated, most people can expect to see a 70-80% improvement in 2-6 treatments.

Sclerotherapy is offered at both the Cape Coral and Fort Myers Florida Skin Center locations. Call to schedule a consultation today.
